Official PRESSURE Synopsis from Focus: Focus Features’ PRESSURE is a historical thriller set in the 72 hours leading up to D-Day, following General Dwight D. Eisenhower (Fraser) and Captain James Stagg (Scott) as they face the divisive decision of launching the largest seaborne invasion in history. With the fate of their soldiers and the outcome of the war at stake, PRESSURE brings audiences behind the scenes of one of WWII’s most critical events. Captain Stagg must defend his push to reschedule the attack due to impending catastrophic weather, despite intense opposition from everyone around him. This film goes beyond the typical war movie, revealing how small details shape the future and highlighting the unrecognized geniuses behind crucial moments in history. #brendanfraser #pressure #pressuremovie #themummy #themummyreturns #encinoman #blastfromthepast #movies #cinema #filmscore #thewhale #darrenaronofsky #thescout

I'm gonna shake your hand because it's an honor to have you. Uh, we both got the tan memo today. [laughs] For some reason. We did not plan this. Um, congratulations to you on this film, and we're gonna dive into your incredible performance. Um, I wanna talk about your amazing career. Um, but one of the beauties I always start off with with my show is this idea of the theatrical experience. Um, to me there's nothing better than the magical experience of sitting in a theater with an audience just, like taking in a story. And as I watch this film with an audience, we're, we all got out of the film afterwards and spoke in the lobby about the story that we had not known. And I, I was truly amazed that, like, in 2026 to, like, have a, a theater conversation with friends and people after the movie was over.
