And after 103 games in the job, Michael Voss has stepped down as Carlton coach, effective immediately. Josh Fraser will be caretaker coach for the remainder of season 2026. The Blues will hold a press conference this afternoon around 1:30 PM Australian Eastern Time. That is our understanding at this point. So we will have more details for you in the coming hours. But Damien Barrett joins me now. And Damo, as we sit here at about 10 o'clock in the morning, what do we know?

    Nat, we knew, didn't we, long ad- in advance of today that there was a conditioning of this to be happening. We had an acceptance that Michael Voss wouldn't be coach of Carlton Footy Club in 2027. And ultimately, Nat, that's the decision and the outcome and the realization that Michael Voss came to himself in the past fortnight. It was a conversation that he'd had with people around him. It was a conversation that was relayed to, uh, a member of the Carlton Football Club staff on Friday prior to the most recent Carlton game against Brisbane Lions at the Gabba in Round 9. And ultimately, news of it has now filtered through to the point where it's exploded today from a, a media sense. And what it also did too, Nat, was, uh, remove from Michael Voss the possibility of doing what he wanted to do. In an ideal world, we know there's no such thing in football, but his ideal world- Mm ... was to have told the players this morning of that as a group before then it was to go public. Obviously,
