Yeah. In a 6-3 ruling regarding Louisiana's electoral map- Oh, Jesus ... the Supreme Court's conservative majority significantly weakened Section Two of the voting by requiring plaintiffs to prove intentional racial discrimination rather than just discriminatory effects.
