I've never encountered a patient as sick as Donald Trump. This really is a perfect storm. We have someone who has the most dangerous personality disorder a human being can have, and not only dementia, but the worst form of dementia, frontotemporal dementia, whose main symptom is behavioral disinhibition and loss of judgment and empathy.
