Stay tuned for the 10 days of Dhul Hijjah, where I've got the remainder of this on the story of Ibrahim and the Hajj history, Inshallah. Right now, I wanna talk about the days of Allah, specifically the first 10 days of Dhul Hijjah. What is Dhul Hijjah? Dhul Hijjah is one of the, or the 12th month of the Islamic Hijri calendar. Every people have a calendar of their own, the Gregorian, the Chinese, the Zoroastrian, and so on. Muslims also have a calendar called the Hijri calendar. Hijri means immigration. It starts from the date when Muhammad, peace be upon him, migrated from Mecca to Medina and Islam flourished. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says in the Quran, Wa dhakkirhum bi ayyam Allah. Oh Muhammad, in brackets, remind them, the people, about the days of Allah. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala has chosen certain days and months for us, for us to feel their special circumstances in them and to know that they are more beloved to Allah than others. There are no special days more than others except when Allah, the Divine, chooses them for us.
