[upbeat music] Hello everyone, and welcome back to another episode of the Propulsion Swimming Podcast. Our final installment from our daily recap shows of the Aquatics GB Swimming Championships 2026, and, uh, we're a little bit delayed. We are three days delayed getting this uploaded as we would want, because you may just hit about hear it in my voice. You certainly will have hear- heard it if you've seen some of our interviews gone up from the final day. Actually, later on this episode as well, you'll hear it. My voice went on the final day of Champs this year, which was, um, a fun surprise for us, a hurdle we had to get over. I've taken two days of not talking, essentially, and my voice has just about returned, albeit with a very nasty cough. But that's why we're late.
