    Today is the twenty-second day of June. Welcome. Welcome back. Welcome to the Daily Audio Bible. It's great to be here with you today. Grateful, grateful to be here with you today as we gather again and show up. Show up for ourselves, show up for each other, and take the next step forward together. We began the book of Second Kings yesterday, and so we're gonna continue that journey. And, uh, we started a new week, so we are reading from the Christian Standard Bible this week. Let's jump in. Second Kings chapter three, verse one through four, verse seventeen today. Joram, son of Ahab, became king over Israel in Samaria during the eighteenth year of Judah’s King Jehoshaphat, and he reigned twelve years. He did what was evil in the Lord’s sight, but not like his father and mother, for he removed the sacred pillar of Baal his father had made.
