Today is the nineteenth day of June. Welcome back. Welcome to the Daily Audio Bible. I'm Brian. It's great to be here with you today as we gather again in our safe place that we call the Global Campfire. Glad to be here with you. Good to see you. How are you? Good to see you. Good to see you, too. So glad that, uh, we can gather and we can be here no matter what's going on. The highs and lows of life, they happen, but this is a constant, and we show up here every day, and we often leave here with what we need for the day and for the week. So I'm thrilled that we can come together, take the next step forward, and continue our journey. Right now, we are journeying through the book of 1 Kings, the times of the monarchy, the monarchies, because now the children of Israel have split into two kingdoms, the northern kingdom of Israel, the southern kingdom of Judah. And so there are kings in each nation. We're moving through them and also the prophetic voices at different times. So we've been traveling along with the, uh, prophet Elijah. Let's continue our journey. 1 Kings chapter twenty and twenty-one today.
