Let's get into today's story. [mysterious music] On the afternoon of April 15th, 1992, a 24-year-old woman named Lisa Ziegert drove through the quiet suburban streets of Agawam, Massachusetts. And eventually, she pulled into a shopping plaza in the center of town, which was full of shops and restaurants
