[gentle music] The youth mental health crisis has become increasingly evident, and we know social media plays a big role. Teens spend an average of nine hours a day on screens outside of school, and the US Surgeon General has warned that kids who spend more than three hours a day online are twice as likely to experience anxiety and depression.
