[upbeat music] This is the Sky Sports Premier League podcast. Thanks for joining us. Chelsea made a midweek trip to the South Coast to take on Brighton on Tuesday. Here's how the game finished.

  2. Chris Sutton· Soundbite0:17

[crowd cheering] And Chelsea are [crowd cheering] going backwards.

  3. Speaker 2· Soundbite0:29

Well, what a contrast as the two managers shake hands at the end. Fabian Hürzeler's side on the rise. [crowd cheering] A brilliant performance by Brighton. It's a sixth win in their last eight Premier League games. It takes them above Chelsea into the top six, and so much to admire about it. They could have scored even before the third minute when Ferdi Kadioglu gave them the lead. They had to wait until the second half for the second. Hinchawood with his second Premier League goal of the season, and then off the bench came Danny Welbeck to make it three. But for Chelsea, an historically bad run. Five Premier League games, five top division games without a clean sheet, without a goal, and they went down with barely a whimper here at Brighton tonight. Their season continues to unravel. They've got a semifinal up and coming at the weekend, but on this sort of form, you fear for them there.
