    [upbeat music] Hello, and welcome along to this week's RTE Rugby podcast. Final round of the URC regular season, final round of the Women's Six Nations, and it's all on the line. Later in the podcast, Hannah O'Connor will be with me to look ahead at a milestone week for Irish women's rugby. Close to 30,000 people expected at Aviva Stadium this Sunday for Ireland against Scotland. For now, though, Bernard Jackman and Johnny Murphy are with me to discuss the, the URC playoff permutations and, uh, all the chaos that's gonna happen over the next few days. First of all, though, Johnny, big weekend coming up for you. All set for your, your marathon for MND on Sat- Saturday afternoon, is it?

    Uh, yeah, Saturday morning. Uh, so I start about half seven in the morning at, uh, Ellistown, uh, Football Club, um, and then head towards Kildare, Newbridge College, onto Newbridge, and then into Naas. So, um, yeah, all good. Um, kinda just making sure I get to the, um, [lips smack] uh, get to the start line really in one piece. I'm at that tricky space where I'm trying to lose the last few pounds I can before carb loading the crap out of it. So, um, uh, yeah, so look, there's loads of lads running, uh, loads of people running with me throughout the whole thing. Um, and then, uh, uh, in the afternoon then, uh, Geordie, uh, Lewis himself, uh, Leon Lloyd, and Mitch Read are in, uh, in the afternoon, so I get to spend an afternoon with them, so, uh, looking forward to that as well.
