All right. Welcome back or welcome to the "Singletrack Podcast." I'm your host, Finn Melanson, and this is a special two-part episode. In the first half, we have the weekly "Singletrack News" with co-host Alisa Clark, and in the back half, I am posting a special brief announcement interview with Molly Seidel. We talk for about 15 minutes regarding her new multi-year pro contract with Satisfy. Pretty cool. In case you missed the news, Norda athletes have been on a roll recently. Rachel Entrickin continues her hot streak towards this year's Cocodona. She just won the Whiskey Basin 91K in Prescott, Arizona, and Ryan Sullivan just registered a big win at the Lake Sonoma 100K outside of Healdsburg, California. Ryan, I believe, was wearing the newest colorway of the 005, and Rachel was in the brand-new 055s, which are set to release this summer. Go check out my favorite trail running shoes at nordarun.com. Precision Fuel and Hydration, uh, news to share here as well. Jeshurun Small and Lottie Brinks, the two winners of the Gorge Waterfalls 100K last weekend, fueled with Precision. Head over to their IG profiles to see the breakdown of their numbers. Pretty cool. If that inspires you to dial in your own nutrition for your next race, check out the Fuel and Hydration Planner on their website. Got the link in the show notes of the episode. It's free to use. All right, this is the Monday, April 20th, 2026 edition of the "Singletrack News," joined by friend, colleague, Alisa Clark. Alisa, you're racing this weekend. How are you doing?
