Hi, pod squad. One quick question before we start here: how many of us have stayed quiet, played small, kept the idea in the notebook or the truth in our throat because we were afraid of what people might say about us if we let it be seen? Yes, me too. So today, we're bringing back one of our most practical, most freeing conversations, how to survive criticism without disappearing, because here's the deal, if you dare to say anything, do anything, be anything, the feedback is coming. That's not the question. That's for sure. The question is, what are you going to do when it does? In this episode, we talk about my sort-your-mail strategy, something I've been doing since I began speaking out loud, because not all feedback belongs inside your house. Some of it is junk mail you can leave outside. Some of us, it's just the world trying to send you back into hiding, but a tiny part of that mail that comes to you, that's the stuff you gotta be brave enough to bring in your house and open because that's the stuff that can actually help you grow. So you just have to learn how to sort your mail, is what we're gonna learn today. Let's go. [gentle music] Welcome back to We Can Do Hard Things. I feel so delighted.
