Oh, it will be fine." [laughs] And it wasn't. It just wasn't. Turns out it needed that vote.

    In terms of the outcome of the local elections, you are surprised that Reform have done so well?

    Reform UK gained more seats than any other party in the election. Um- Yeah ... but still, when I was met with the results of it, um, a bit shocked. Yeah, a bit shocked.

    Isn't it interesting that... Do you remember when, when I was growing up, we didn't used to say anything about voting? It was like a... Did you have, do you remember that?
