    We are live. What is up, swimmers and swammers? Welcome back to another episode of the Swim Swam Breakdown. Uh, as always, I'm Coleman Hodges, coming to you from Brooklyn, New York, joined by Taren Freddema from where in Iowa are you again?

    Minden, Iowa. [laughs] Minden, Iowa. Home, back, back to the old stomping grounds for, uh, just a couple of weeks. [laughs] But yeah, usually you're the one traveling. You're... Usually you're the one in a different place, but this week it's me. This week- Yeah ... and next week it'll both be us.

    Yeah. We'll, yeah, we'll both be in the Midwest soon. I'm going home to Missouri for a little bit. Minden. What is Minden, Iowa known for?

    Uh, a tornado that hit, like, two and a half years ago. [laughs] [laughs] I think that's probably the only way people would rec- would know the name. It made, like, national headlines a few years ago. Um, other than that, I'm close, I'm close to Omaha. I'm about... I'm just on the border of Iowa, Nebraska, and right now the College World Series are going on. So- Oh ... that's always a fun time, especially this time of the year. Um, a lot of fun games, a lot of different characters are out and about in the area. [laughs] So it's a lot of fun. A lot of fun baseball as well.

    That, that is exciting. But a tornado hitting is such a Midwest trope to be known for.

    [laughs] Yeah. And, and that's why people would know it, is it... A couple years ago Minden got hit by a tornado that made- Mm-hmm ... like, national news. It was, like, a week before I was supposed to come back here too, and I was just like, "Uh-oh."

    Ooh.

    But luckily, uh, luckily everything was good. Everything was good.
