It had earlier to disallow a glorious second for Egypt. Not the light touch refereeing we've seen so far in this tournament. It didn't look to have mattered. Egypt just went and scored another beauty. Messi had already missed from the spot. It makes no footballing sense that he's bad at penalties. Mostafa Shabir was brilliant in the Egyptian goal.
