    So now it's time for a little comprehension quiz. You remember the story of Asclepius from last season? Because that story sets up this story perfectly. But if you don't remember, don't worry, that's okay. We'll still give you a quick recap. This is the story of the god Apollo and how he wound up tricking the three fates into saving a man's life. It's also the story of Apollo being forced to work as a servant in the mortal world for almost a decade, and that's how we start things. Okay, so here's the backstory. Apollo was the god of healing and medicine and many other things, and he had a mortal son named Asclepius who was a healer. He was a great healer. In fact, he was such a good healer that he could bring back the dead, and this was kind of a no-no for most of the gods, so eventually Zeus had to strike him down with a thunderbolt. [thunder crashing] Obviously, Apollo was upset and angry
