All You Need To Know About The Play-Offs With Rooney, Coady & Mullin | Fan Debate EFL Special Part 1

5/8/20261 hr 5 min

Welcome back to a special episode of the Fan Debate, brought to you by Sky Bet.

This episode is all on the EFL season ahead of another round of the playoffs. John "Fenners" Fendley, Wayne Rooney, Paul Mullin and Conor Coady sit down with fans across the Championship, League One and League Two to look back at the season so far, and what is to come for those with it all still to play for.

We start off with Millwall, who narrowly missed out on automatic promotion by one point! Is it a chance missed or are they optimistic heading into a semi final clash with Hull City?

On the other side of the playoffs, Southampton had a brilliant end to the season under young manager Tonda Eckert, finishing 4th and looking ahead to a tie against Middlesbrough. How great has the rise of The Saints been following a disappointing start under Will Still and can they march on to the Premier League?

We also catch up with Wrexham who have had yet again another fantastic season, as well as looking down the leagues with fans of Bolton, Salford and more!

Who claims the third promotion spot in the Premier League? Let us know in the comments and don’t forget to like and subscribe to never miss an episode!
