Take your seat. My name is Lonell Dawson Williams. I am the executive pastor here at Twenty Eight Nineteen Church. Uh, it's all good. Appreciate you. [audience cheering] Yeah, it's all good. Listen, I'm grateful for this amazing opportunity as we continue in the series of, uh, Acts chapters one and chapters two. Um, I have been given the amazing assignment, uh, on this day to continue in that process. But before I do, I wanna kinda jump ahead of myself a little bit and, uh, I want to share with you something that has been very near and dear to this house. In fact, at the beginning, uh, at the change of the name to Twenty Eight Nineteen and the birth of the church, Pastor Phillip was, uh, inspired and instructed by the Holy Spirit, uh, to preach out of the entire Book of Matthew. Uh, and how many people were blessed by [audience cheering] that entire encounter? To walk verse by verse, line by line, word by word through the entire Book of Matthew, uh, we saw so much take place in the life of this church, uh, that it would be, it would be, uh, I think spiritual malpractice on, on our behalf not to commemorate what God has done, is doing, and will do in the life of the church. Uh, and so what we decided to do was look back over all of the sermons, every single sermon throughout the three-year period, and put together, uh, a book that we want you to be able to take home and keep.
