[upbeat music] Welcome to the Ali on the Run Show. I'm your host, Ali Feller, and typically this is where I talk with people who are doing exciting things on the run and beyond. You know the usual intro. Today though, it's just us, and I know, I know, I know, I know, I just shared a monster solo episode last week, a whopping two and a half hour beast recapping every single detail from my weekend at this year's Boston Marathon. So I know it is a lot of Ali lately. It's too much Ali lately. But, 'tis the season for reflection here on the show and in my life, so if you're up for it, this is just a bit about what's been on my mind lately. There's nothing tragic coming, at least not in this episode. Not that I know about. There's no status update, no big diagnosis reveal, no this is what's really going on. It's not one of those episodes, and thank goodness for that.
