Welcome to another episode of Learn Buddhism. I'm Alan Pino. Today, we're gonna be exploring something beautiful and I think sometimes overlooked in Buddhism practice in the West. That is the way that Buddhism teaches through symbols and symbolism. Now, if your first experience with Buddhism has been something like a meditation app or maybe some minimalistic Zen practices or online, you might think that Buddhism is only about sitting meditation or watching your breath or studying sutras, the Dharma. That is really not what we see across Buddhism. If we go to Asia, where Buddhism is a huge religion, we see there's many different traditions out there.
