[laughs] My [laughs] thinking it's a deceased estate issue, but she's clearly alive and well. Uh, "My mum processed a withdrawal on the last day of January at 11:30 PM. This wasn't processed until the 2nd of February. No warning, no notification was provided about her about this delayed processing. She assumed it was instant. As it was processed in February, it was applied as a withdrawal for that month, and the month's bonus interest was lost.
