Can you tell Dad about, so that night that we had in Melbourne, uh, the next, the next night after, 'cause I was staying, uh, at my old housemate's- Oh ... Harry, Harry Grant and Tyrone Wishart. We had such a fun night together that then we FaceTimed the next night and, uh, I introduced you to Tyrone and Harry.
Luisa Dal Din· Guest0:14
Mm.
Cooper Johns· Host0:14
And you and Lockie not really, uh, being rugby league people, sort of they were about to play the next day, and the small talk and questions- [laughs] ... that you were asking Harry Grant [laughs] was so rogue.
Luisa Dal Din· Guest0:24
I was going to Harry, I was going, "So what's your, like, carb loading like before a game? You know, what's your, like, favorite protein meal?" [laughs] And he's like, "Oh, but I'm really interested." [laughs] And then Cooper's going, "Can you, like, cut this out, Lu?" [laughs] I was being like, "So do you, do you eat like three or four hours before or, you know, what's the go with the..."
Matty Johns· Host0:41

Matty Johns· Host0:44
Yeah.
Luisa Dal Din· Guest0:45

Matty Johns· Host0:48

Luisa Dal Din· Guest0:53
Mm.
Matty Johns· Host0:53

So it was protein back then. It was like, "Mate, steak and eggs- Mm ... before games," stuff like that. Then all of a sudden they went, "Oh, no, no, you don't do that. Mate, if you wanna get fit and ripped and be ready to play, mate, just eat pasta every meal."
Cooper Johns· Host1:13
Yeah.
Luisa Dal Din· Guest1:13
Yeah.
Matty Johns· Host1:13
The carb load pasta became the real big thing, and then around the 2000s it just went the other way. They just went, "No, no, we've made a mistake here. You can't load on- Carbs ... carbs, can't retain 'em. Just eat... You can have carbs, but just have 'em a couple of hours before the game."
Luisa Dal Din· Guest1:27
I was about to say, wouldn't you get the stitch if you had
