60 - Your Calendar Is Exposing You | The Truth About Time, Discipline & Success
5/5/202631 min
What if your calendar is more honest than your intentions? In this episode of the Impact Podcast, Eddie Wilson breaks down one of the most important topics in business, leadership, and personal growth: time. But this is not just another conversation about time management. Eddie challenges listeners to see time as a daily vote. Every hour you spend is shaping the person you are becoming, whether you realize it or not. Through personal stories, hard-earned lessons, and the example of Benjamin Franklin, Eddie explains why your stated values do not matter nearly as much as your scheduled values. You’ll learn how to audit your time, identify where your calendar is contradicting your identity, and start making intentional decisions that move you toward the life, business, health, relationships, and purpose you say you want. If you have ever said you want more discipline, more success, better health, stronger relationships, or greater impact, this episode will make you look at your time differently.

Let's embark on this journey together and make a difference in this world. Welcome to the Impact Podcast with Eddie Wilson. I'm Eddie Wilson. Thanks so much for joining me today. This is my favorite time of the week. I hope it's your favorite time as well. This is a time where I get to instruct, teach, coach, uh, you in your business and life. Um, for me, one of the greatest joys is to be able to pour into other people, to educate, uh, and to help people make advancement on the purpose and impacts of their life. Today, we're gonna talk about an all-important topic. It's one that I get asked to probably speak on more than anything. I get asked to speak a lot on business, a lot on investment, but the one thing that I get asked to speak on more than anything over my career has been time. Time and time management. As a matter of fact, the very first book I wrote was called Time, Wealth, and Purpose. Uh, it was my thesis on, on life and thesis on success. And today I'm gonna talk to you about this concept of time, and I want you to think about it a little bit more abstractly than normal. Um, and remind you that, you know, we have midterm elections coming up, and, you know, this isn't a political podcast by any means. However, um, we do have that all-important midterm election coming up,
