On the Tuesday, May 5 episode of 520 in the Morning, Jeff Teague, DJ Wells, and B Hen react to the New York Knicks BLOWING OUT the Philadelphia 76ers in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals. After their thrilling Game 7 against the Boston Celtics, the Sixers came out flat in Game 1 against the Knicks and Jalen Brunson’s 27 first half points put this game to bed early. Anthony Edwards made his return for Game 1 of the Minnesota Timberwolves vs. San Antonio Spurs series, and WENT OFF in the 4th quarter to give the Wolves a HUGE Game 1 victory. Victor Wembanyama had a triple double which included 12 blocks, but it wasn’t enough for the Spurs to get the Game 1 win. The guys preview tonight’s Game 1s between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Detroit Pistons, and Los Angeles Lakers vs. Oklahoma City Thunder.
