In this short podcast, I discuss the upcoming 25 Hour USMLE Step 1 Basic Science Review starting at 5.45 pm EST each day from 5/12-16, 2026 over zoom. The review will be incredibly clinical, focus on integrations, help you understand pathophysiology, and expose you to a large amount of the Step 1 content. This class is also intended for folks taking Step 2 and 3 needing a refresher on their basic science foundations. Many taking Step 2 and 3 find this class to be very helpful given its large basic science coverage.

All right. Uh, welcome everybody. Uh, in this short podcast, I'm gonna be talking about the case-based, uh, integrated step one, you know, or you can call this a basic science review. So what's the goal of this class? Uh, the goal of this class, it's for two groups of people. Uh, group one are for people taking step one or level one, and group two is for people taking step two or three, or COMLEX level two or three that have poor basic science foundations. See, the thing is, step one and level one have become very clinical exams. In fact, if I'm being honest with you, step one and level one look like step two of old. And the thing is, step two and step three, level two and level three, have become exams that are not just clinical, but have basic science undertones. In fact, having a good understanding of basic science concepts in a clinical context is extremely valuable on step two, is extremely valuable on step three, extremely valuable on level two, extremely valuable on level three.
