    Suicidal Empathy.

  13. Joe Rogan· Host0:27

It's a quote that we use all the time.

  14. Gad Saad· Guest0:29

    That's right.

  15. Joe Rogan· Host0:30

Yeah, it is, uh, it is a good quote, and it is a very accurate quote for the times. I like this, where they're carrying the sign, "Free the wolves." [laughs] The lamb is carrying- Well, I wanted the, the cover to be as evocative as the, the concept, right? Dying to be kind.

  16. Gad Saad· Guest0:46

[laughs] There you go. And there are ... Just in the last two days, there have been so many new cases of suicidal empathy that I regret that I couldn't include them in the book, but- Like which ones? So did you hear about the one where the, the guy who tried to assassinate President Trump- Oh, yeah ... the judge then went and said, "I am so sorry that, you know, you're not being treated nicely. You have a, a, a room without a window." This is just, it's mean.

  17. Joe Rogan· Host1:12

Oh, see, I don't think that that's suicidal empathy at all. I think that's signaling. I, I think that's signaling that he wishes that that man was successful and that he supports his endeavor.

  18. Gad Saad· Guest1:23

Fair enough. The second example, uh, actually today, uh, Dave Rubin shared it with me.
