    Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to the No Laying Up podcast. Soly here. Got a conversation coming shortly here with, uh, mental golf expert, mental expert in general, Julie Elion. You undoubtedly know the name, uh, recognize her probably from the Netflix series, Full Swing. She's worked with Max Homa. She's worked with Wyndham Clark. She's worked with Justin Thomas, Phil Mickelson in the past. Uh, has a lot of great examples, uh, of, from her experience, and we talk a lot about that. She loved the idea, and I, I of course did too. Any, any chance I could get to improve my own mental a- approach of kind of flipping it on me and giving us, uh, giving the listeners a little bit of an example of what a counseling session, uh, would look like with her. So she kind of tried to break me down to the studs, uh, and my approach to golf and trying to get a little bit better. We could all try to get, uh, a little better with our mental game and, uh, gives me specific things. I kind of actually do them, right? It is a little bit of homework that came with it, uh, as you'll see, and I, I need to ... I, I haven't been great since we've done it, uh, but I promise I will get to work on this stuff, Julie.
