[upbeat music] UCSD, that was different, 'cause the kids c- you know, came down from Southern California to San Diego to play, so there wasn't a lot of a parent involvement. There were some- Right ... and they, they can be just as vociferous as, uh, you know, the parents of girls at the high school level. So, I, I would just say know your audience, and the, the way you can do that is, uh, and I'm a big believer in individual meetings with your players on a regular basis. I do that in the classroom when I was t- uh, teaching English. I would, you know, ha- have an, uh, assistant to kind of watching the class where they're reading silently, and I would, I'd pull students back, "Hey, how you doing?" It just, that communication, talking to them and finding out things. And in Walla Walla, it was easy because we're in central Washington, and there are some matches that are, like, four hours away riding on a bus, so perfect opportunity. We're on a bus for me to call kids up individually and develop that rapport with them so that when I'm commenting to them on the court, we've already talked about this individually, okay? Not in front of your, your, your teammates, so we're just talking about, you know, the defense and you're right back, and you need to stay on the line- Yeah.
