    GLP-1s are a class of medications that are peptides found naturally in the body. They've been around for over 20 years. We have all of that safety data, and they're blocking the things that drive us to eat. It's also blocking things that drive us to drink, or drive us to gamble, kinda these compulsive behaviors. Wonderful studies coming out on the mental health benefits of GLP-1s. It slows the food emptying from the stomach. It's really, for my patients, been miraculous. Muscle mass has a dramatic loss through perimenopause. Body fat has, sees a tremendous uptick and increase in the percentage of body fat across the menopause transition. We're losing muscle
